“I am grateful to see how the community has responded time and time again to fully embrace the MCRC mission and provide the much-needed services that MCRC provides to the growing number of kids in the Permian Basin at no cost to their families.”
Kristal Kidd serves as the Executive Director at Midland Children’s Rehabilitation Center. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2000 and started working as a physical therapist at MCRC in 2002 when she and her husband, Cody, moved to Midland and were introduced to MCRC’s mission. They have three adult children, Jaycee, Abbey, and Jaxson and have welcomed a son-in-law, Trae. In her spare time, Kristal loves spending time with her family and friends, enjoys cooking and entertaining with her husband, and delights in taking trips to the lake house in Oklahoma.
She became Executive Director in May of 2020 and believes that MCRC is an incredible place that is full of amazing stories about changing lives of the children that need their services made possible by our generous community. She is so happy to be part of a place where the staff and volunteers are so talented and willing to help.
